With regards to the incoming singapore general election 2006, I personally think that most people would support, or rather, be in hand with the PAP. This does not mean that candidates from other political party would not have a chance in winning the election. I believe that every political party have every right to compete and shine out in the election. However,I must stress that the results are based on the votes of our citizens.Therefore, impressing the citizens is the upmost task for all political party if they want to win the hearts of the people and most importantly, their votes. Candidates from the various political party would be busy planning and racking their brains, thinking of ways to impress their audience, that is, in this case, the voters.
Now, I would like to stress why I think that PAP would win the majority of the seats. PAP had been ruling, or rather, aiding the citizens of singapore for the past 15 years since the day of my birth. Therefore, there is a formation of trusts between the citizens and PAP, resulting in the citizens being more supportive on them. In addition, the campaigns are not complusory. therefore, most citizens would not choose to attend due to their tight weekly schedule.As PAP has made a huge impact on their lives, and that most citizens did not 'lend a listening ear' to the other candidates due to the absence from the campaigns, would choose to vote PAP instead.
In addition, candidates in the PAP may be more experienced due to the fact that, senior candidates , having the expertise due to their long service in aiding the country , would pass on their expertise and experiences to their junior candidates.
However, again, I must stress that every political party have the right to compete fairly in this election!

cool man.....we had big breakfast dae on fri....skipping two lessons @ one go...hahaha...phy..we r suppose to buy n prepare our own breakfast n to eat together as a class....so cool...i love my class.....hahaha....we had bread with sardine, eggs, soya bean drink, milo n jelly. wat a nice breakfast tat is...hahaha,....den we began to hear ppl singing birthdae song....best of all...we sang fake birthdae song 4 our classmates..juz anihow lars....dun care....wanna mix inh the fun nia....den we begin bombing other classes...."4e3 bomb!...4e3 bomb!...4e3 bomb to 3e3 bomb".....man...tat was totally cool n fun....we won them....n jeered to cover their bombs....hahaha...so cool.....den,....followed by the bombs from 4e1 to us...from us to 4e2 n from 4e2 to 3e3....hahaha...3e3 lost again....sae we bully them sia....we nv lorz....cause 4e1,4e2 n 4e3 veri united ma....so we nv lose lorz.....hahaha...actually is to disturb mr.ong nia....cause he teach ur ma....so suai lorz...hahaha...so fun man!!l....disturbing ppl....after tat, lessons began as normal....finished me editing le.....yeah!!......nd nt stay back le....do until i sian le....we stayed back during recess to do lorz...after recess, our class went nuts....scream n scream non-stop...including me...yeah..i m nuts...but i luv it...once again..4e1,4e2 n 4e3 are united again....once we finished screaming...4e2 carried on the screams den to 4e1 n back to 4e2 n again to us....juz lke a kallang wave man....cool sia....nv forget such a dae....4e3 bomb!..4e3 bomb!..4e3 bomb to everyone bomb.....hahahaha!!!!

international friendship dae!!

WAo.....finalli i came back to blogging...been a year since i last blog...hahaha....international friendship dae was so cool!!.......we performed the mambo no.5 dance, with dance steps created by stella and liping. It was so cool...we had a night rehearsal...so fun sia....dancing and crapping our wae thrugh the rehearsal.....we even skip recesses to get our performance as perfect as possible. On the actual dae, it was much more fun....we snap shots of the participating ppl as well as our whole class....4e3 rox!!....we even took a video of us dancing....gonna put in my friendster anytime...feel free to check!!...hahaha...the fun memories we had....never 4get them....hahaha...gtg.....bye!......4e3 rocking the universe.....

After reading the 2 articles given for my assignment, I think that stress indeed has both advantages and disadvantages. Stress can help to improve one's results , both academically and non-academically. Stress through peer presure can help to increase, for example, your academic result by means of competition. However, excess stress can not only lead to mental illness but also emotional fear.Some people just couldn't take stress, thus, they chose to escape from it. This is done either by not doing things that make them stress or by choosing a one way trip into death's hands, just like what the article had given.Some, would resort to violence to ease themselves while others may consider self-ventilation as a way to release stress. Stress could also make one's lose concentration as well as the mood to do any other things. Besides, it also causes one's attitude to change dramastically, such as being extremely quiet when one's is usually active.
Stress originates from many sources, ranging from schools to work, to even the things we do in our daily life.Schools brings about stress by means of homework.This is usually given by anxious teachers that are eager to excel every students by means of academic. Furthermore, stress may also results when one is too preoccupied. For example, duration for CCAs are too long, resulting in insufficient time for preparation of tests. Besides, stress also occurs when one has uneccessary fear such as, having thoughts that one's test would fair badly.Lastly, stress also occurs when one's parents or teachers had have high expectations on them.The child would then overworked himself so as not to disappoint them.I personally think that parents should not have too high of an expectation for their child.This would only cause more harm to their child rather than helping them.Stress is like a psychological problem,it only occurs mentally.Therefore, there is no absolute cure for stress.
However, despite all these stress, there are indeed ways to confront stress positively.These ways include having a close friend to relate all your troubles to.Friends must also have a listening ear and be able to console them.Second, people facing stress could engage themselves in activities that are of their interest to keep them occupied.This would then cheer their mood up. last of all, we must learn how to minimize stress in our daily life as much as we can.We must always have a positive attitude towards our daily life as there are no such things as stress-free life.Thus,I conclude that stress are not considered harmful as long as you are able to thing and confront it positively.

The measures that helps to prevent everyone from being infected with bird flu , that is , usually from health experts , ought to be taken into consideration.These measures range from getting antiviral drugs and vaccines that helps in builing our rsistance against the bird flu to the wearing of mask to prevent the inhalation of the virus. there are 2 types of 'vaccines' so far, mainly the Tamiflu and the Relenza. Besides this ,The government had also stop importing infected poultry and birds to prevent further outspread of the virus. As hardworking as the government , the scientists had also been racing against time to find a 'cure' for the flu virus. As for the citizens, we should not get into close contact with birds as their saliva, nasal secretions, and faeces may contain the virus. Therefore , I think that we should take these measures into consideration or bad consequences would befall on us!

In my opinion, dream is a illusionary view of one's desire.For example, if someone is eager to own a handphone but does not have the money to purchase it, he/she would be dreaming that they had either won a handphone or found one.At the end,they would feel disappointed when they had woken up and found out that it is only a dream.However in some cases, dreams can be a peek into the future.For example, in huang na case, her aunt dreamt about finding Huang Na 's body in a nature reserve, which ,after much investigation, came out to be true. Whether if dreams are a important factor to timetravel or is it just a mind trick,nobody knows..........

With regards to the total defence day performance ,I personally think that it is a lifetime experience.Although I am only in charge of the soundeffects, it is actually quite a problematic job.

First, we have to search the internet for various types of songs. for eg. ,the opening music for the disney , looney tunes as well as many others.Second, we were not given ample time to rehearse as we were told only three days before the performance,excluding the weekend. Third, we have to listen attentively to whatever the narrator had said so as to know when to play the various songs.Lastly, the hall is so cramped and stuffy during the performance that there is hardly any space for us to move about!Despite all the problem faced before and during the performance, we are happy that the performance went well and we managed to make the audience laugh!

I think that such an experience really brings about teamwork and cooperation!

In axn, the japanese anime called 'Rave' had suddenly stop broadcasting without any apparent reason. It had started since early 2003 .However, at around June, they had suddenly cancelled the show.I am totally pissed off by it as it was about to show the ending of the show when such a thing happened.
